Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Program Supervisor I to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role, you will manage licensed residential programs, oversee staff, and provide clinical supervision for individuals with mental illnesses, most of whom are under the jurisdiction of the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB). Our clients may also have co-occurring disorders such as traumatic brain injuries (TBI), substance use issues, and developmental delays.

You will play a crucial role in implementing program goals and promoting a strengths-based, resident-centered approach. Your efforts will help residents achieve individual goals and transition to less restrictive settings. Given the high prevalence of trauma among those we serve, it is essential that you understand the effects of trauma on health, coping, and other aspects of our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support staff members within the program.

Oversee program operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Provide clinical oversight and support for residents.

Implement and participate in program goals and objectives.

Promote a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to care.

Assist residents in achieving individual goals and transitioning to less restrictive settings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university or three years of full-time professional experience providing direct service to individuals in a social service setting. Demonstrate the competencies to become credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA), as outlined in the Oregon Administrative Rulings (OARs). Certification must be kept current and in compliance with OARs through MHACBO.

Possess a valid driver’s license, at least three years’ of driving history, and the ability to clear a review of Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) record.
