The role involves coordinating and overseeing multiple projects within the organization. This position is part of a dynamic team and plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our client's initiatives.Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Associate Director, team members, and stakeholders to scope, implement, and oversee projects Create and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines Regularly update key stakeholders on project status and deadlines Organize and lead project meetings, providing consistent status updates to stakeholders Develop project-related materials, including SharePoint pages, correspondence, documents, and timelines Produce end-user resources such as tools, process documentation, and templates as needed Oversee timelines and key deliverables to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, and SharePoint for project management and tracking Effectively collaborate with all organizational levels to ensure project success Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each progresses according to planRequirements Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role Demonstrable ability to manage project timelines and deliver key deliverables on schedule Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites, OneDrive, and SharePoint Proven track record in project management, including the ability to manage project plans effectively Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressureApply online today!Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
