Accounts Payable Clerk

Description Robert Half is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a 6 month contract assignment for our client in NE Portland, Oregon. This opportunity will assist the team accounts payable, processing a high volume of invoices and assisting with data entry.Responsibilities: Processing customer credit applications efficiently and accurately Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer credit Addressing customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action as required Ensuring accurate execution of account reconciliation tasks Overseeing the accounts payable process, including coding invoices and check runs Executing data entry tasks with precision and speed Processing invoices efficiently and promptlyRequirements Minimum of 1 year experience in an Accounts Payable Clerk role or similar Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts payable (AP) Demonstrable experience with check runs and coding invoices Advanced data entry skills Experience in invoice processing Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with ERP systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detailRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
