Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Battle Ground, WA. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure that all resources are efficiently utilized to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Key responsibilities include managing personnel, leading project planning and execution, implementing company policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role
Experience in the HVAC, mechanical or construction industry
Strong knowledge of project management software, such as Procore and Spectrum
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
Experience with OSHA and regulatory compliances is a plus
