All Star Labor and Staffing is hiring for a Auto Body Manager position in the Portland Area.
This position is mainly working with head of operations to ensure production goals and objectives are met.
-Execute daily production plan and ensure target deliveries met on time.
-Maintain proper staffing levels and scheduling to correlate with throughput objectives.
-Monitor and maintain labor costs to reflect workload and limit labor costs Manage operations costs in accordance with objectives.
-Monitor and control conditions of all facilities, vehicles, property and equipment under body shop control for proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
-Conduct periodic routine inspections to determine and ensure that standards are met per auction and company guidance.
-Advise General Manager or designee of all breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately Maintain necessary paint and supply inventory levels and set standards for appropriate use
-Ensure safety at all times and maintain
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Body shop experience is required
- Leadership Management experience required
-Able to communicate professionally with clients and ensure that their team is performing to company expectations
SCHEDULE AND PAY:
Monday-Friday (Saturdays if needed) 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay ranges from $30-$40 depending on experience.
