TREATMENT COORDINATOR

POSITION SUMMARY:

Greetings from Bluefish Dental & Orthodontics! We are happy that you have expressed interest in becoming part of our team. Here at Bluefish Dental & Orthodontics, our number one priority is our patients. We strive to provide the best care possible. We believe that in order to provide the best care, we need to find the best of the best people and talent to join our team. We are currently looking to add a Treatment Coordinator to our growing office. A Treatment Coordinator's main priority is overseeing all new patients and presenting care. You focus on working with a patient through every phase of their orthodontics treatment or procedure. You explain the primary benefits and risks of orthodontic treatment. Your duties will include presenting care/treatment fees, arranging a payment plan, or researching insurance coverage for the patient. You are usually the first point of contact for patients who have questions or concerns about their treatment. The key to your success is effective communication with a smile, and helping the patient overcome any obstacles to saying “YES” to treatment. The Treatment Coordinator sets the tone for what a patient's experience, treatment, and care will be like within our office. It is important for our patients to feel our culture at all times through the exceptional customer service we provide. You will help create and maintain the “face and voice” of Bluefish Dental & Orthodontics through being a treatment coordinator.

The best part yet… no experience is required, and we are willing to train the RIGHT person! So if you have an amazing work ethic, paired with a great attitude and personality, then we want to talk to you! Please note: there are 2 assessment quizzes that you must take following your application process to complete your application submission. No matter how great you may be, if you don’t complete the assessments, we unfortunately, can not consider you at this time. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
