Server/Bartender
AVALON Aeropub at the Redmond
Airport has the opening you ve been waiting for. We have at least 1 opening for
an experienced Server/Bartender who really knows how to take great care of our

AVALON Aeropub is a Full-Service
Restaurant and Bar located inside security on the upper mezzanine level at the
Redmond Airport. Our restaurant can seat 88 guests in a modern comfortable
environment adorned with fine woodwork and upholstery. They enjoy their meals
served on porcelain while sipping their Oregon Pinot from fine crystal stemware.
They love our 8 beer taps that always dispense Central Oregon's current top
sellers and our well contains premium liquors that are sure to please.
Customers are always commenting that we have the
nicest Airport Restaurant they've ever experienced.
Our FOH team is truly amazing.
They are all hard-working family people who are good at their jobs. They know
how to pull together when a push hits and work at that level until it subsides.
Our people generally get all the hours they want. We are open 7 days a week and
need people who are happy to work as scheduled. We generally ask people if they
want Friday/Saturday off or Sunday/Monday. We always schedule at least 2 days
off in a row. Lately our closers have been getting off around 7pm. We are a
local family-owned company that treats our people well. We know and appreciate each and every one of them. Some have been with us a very
long time (10+ years).
Our clientele is an interesting
variety of travelers headed to all parts of the globe. They appreciate
excellent service and have been known to tip well. When was the last time you
saw a $1000.00 tip?
A Professional Bartender Server with 2 years experience (minimum) will earn $18 per hour plus tips.
Last pay period our FOH staff averaged $29.10 per hour in tips. That s an average
of over $47 per hour, plus they're employed year-round;
not seasonally. Do the math. What are you waiting for?
