$20-$25/hr + $2-$6/hr in tips.
A little about us:
The Ski Inn Taphouse Hotel is looking for line cooks. We are a family run business and are looking for people who want to get in on the ground floor of our business and grow with us! We offer competitive pay + plus tips, health insurance (full time employees), paid vacation time and a fun atmosphere. We take our jobs seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right people! Bonuses, raises and advancement are all parts of our compensation philosophy, and our employees are our number one priority.
Who we are looking for:
We want to hire people who care about the plates they are sending out the window. Our items are humble, but our recipes and cooks are precise. We, of course, want cooks who are reliable and communicate well. We are looking for folks who welcome responsibility and do well in a fast paced environment.
As mentioned before, bonuses, pay increases, health and dental insurance and advancement are all parts of our pay philosophy. Starting pay is DEO. As mentioned above, we pay $20-$25/hr + tips.
