A little about us:
The Ski Inn Taphouse Hotel is looking for a few front of house folks for our busy season that's fast approaching. We are a family run business and are looking for people who want to get in on the ground floor of our business and grow with us! We offer competitive pay + plus tips, health insurance (full time employees), paid vacation time and a fun atmosphere. We take our jobs seriously, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right people! Bonuses, raises and advancement are all parts of our compensation philosophy, and our employees are our number one priority.
Who we are looking for:
We want to hire people who care about where they work and the products they are serving. Our items are humble, but our recipes and cooks are precise. We, of course, want someone who is reliable and can communicate and interact well with our customers. We are looking for folks who welcome responsibility and do well in a fast paced environment. Serving and bartending experience are preferred, but not needed. We are opening to training the right person.
As mentioned before, bonuses, pay increases, health and dental insurance and advancement are all parts of our pay philosophy. Starting pay is DEO. As mentioned above, we pay Minimum + tips.
