SUMMARY
Provide supervision, planning, directing, and coordinating skills in the construction of residential landscaping; includes patios, walls, plantings, water features, irrigation, low-voltage lighting, and more. You will be responsible for supervising up to 12 employees at a time, planning, and assigning work for designated areas to crew members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Plan, schedule, assign, and supervise the duties associated with landscape construction including site and crew management
-Ensure crews are meeting/exceeding hour requirements and quality standards
-Provide coaching and training for direct reports
-Follow all safety protocol and company policies
-Read plans labeled with scaled measurements and elevations
-Must be able to operate a skid steer, saw(s), edging machines, compactors, and other pertinent machinery
-Assist in the management of client needs
-Look for opportunities to upsell and implement change orders
-Collect progress payments and conduct walkthroughs
-Collaborate with the various departments as necessary
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field is preferred but not necessary. A minimum of three years of experience as a Landscape Construction Lead is required. Fluent speaker of both English and Spanish is an asset but not required.
COMPENSATION
$55,000-$75,000/yr. Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus after 90 days. If you are interested in working with us, please contact:
