Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership Excellence: Inspire, motivate, and manage a team of dedicated retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management/replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining established visual standards.
- Customer Focus: Create a customer-centric culture by ensuring a welcoming and positive environment, addressing customer concerns, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Sales Strategy: Working with a leadership team, will oversee sales strategies to drive revenue growth, meet targets, and maximize profitability.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and point of sale (POS) systems
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Experience in inventory management and merchandising
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning
- Capability to train and motivate staff to improve customer service standards
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a retail environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
