Customer Service Specialist (Beaverton, OR)

Job Description:

Work in our corporate office collaboratively within a small team on assigned tasks

Process orders and complete order entry

Work closely with Sales Representatives on Customer Outreach programs

Accept & input orders into NetSuite (their ERP system)

Answer customer questions about orders or products through phone, webchat or email

Work closely with the design and production team on custom sign requests to meet the

Customer’s needs (admin/data entry blend)

Come up with creative solutions to make improve our processes

Assist the Sales Department in other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

A positive, friendly, and self-motivated attitude

Great attention to detail

The initiative to find solutions or areas for improvement

The ability to learn new software systems quickly

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (and ERP systems is a plus)

Previous customer service experience preferred, and or customer service mentality
