Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to customers to gather feedback or follow up on inquiries. Engage with customers in a courteous and helpful manner.
Customer Assistance: Assist customers with basic inquiries and provide information about products or services over the phone.
Data Entry: Record customer interactions accurately into the database or CRM system.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Comfortable speaking on the phone.
Basic computer skills.
