The FOH Manager’s responsibilities include training FOH staff, enforcing policies and procedures, overseeing food quality and presentation consistency, scheduling, working closely with the General Manager (GM), FOH ordering, ensuring cleanliness, and advocating for our brand. Ultimately, the FOH Manager keeps the front of house running smoothly.
