Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.The AML/KYC Product within Consumer and Community Banking AML/KYC Controls the collection, updating, and view into know your customer information and due diligence to be compliant with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), PATRIOT Act, FINRA regulatory requirements, and internal KYC Standards. The Update my KYC Area product, aims to deliver best-in-class servicing solutions for AML/KYC functionsJob responsibilities

Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through research and discovery

Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience

Own and manage Product Initiatives and backlog features end to end

Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers

Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle

Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition

Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ Years of experience in Financial Services Industry

Track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, strong work ethic, achieving challenging goals, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Exhibit an organized and systematic approach to problem solving, understanding of both design thinking and systems thinking

Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, highly dynamic environment

Business project experience delivering technology solutions using Agile methodologies

JIRA experience preferred
