As a key member of the team, you partner with product owners and quad teams to create efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. Lead UAT delivery for key initiatives under multiple work streams for web and mobile applications.

Driving the overarching strategy and planning through execution of product testing, working with initiative owners, product managers, and quad teams

Defining complex test strategies across large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business functional areas

Coordinating and prioritizing testing efforts across multiple functional areas including test planning, execution, and defect management to ensure timely and successful Product delivery

Creating common business specific quality measurement frameworks and tracking improvement against these metrics

Lead projects by tracking progress, anticipating, and eliminating roadblocks. Report progress and test results to project stakeholders and leadership.

Assess and communicate risks, propose mitigation strategies and make recommendations for any potential impacts

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing role

Self-starter with in-depth, hands-on experience driving end to end testing processes

Have a detailed understanding of common defect management tools, detail orientated with flexibility to work across different stakeholders/partners, and an understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.

Flexibility and adaptability - able to quickly and smoothly change direction based upon stakeholder or management direction, while remaining extremely organized and following tight deadlines

JIRA experience - have an understanding of more advanced capabilities such as creating dashboards and complex queries using JQL

A strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices as they relate to the Product Development Life Cycle

Experience working in an Agile environment and methodologies with Hands-on knowledge of SDLC and Testing methodologies/best practices

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in testing frameworks across industries that directly relate to banking or financial services being preferred

Written and verbal communication skills - able to present status, facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, convincing, and organized manner

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field of study, or equivalent relevant experience preferred

Banking, Financial industry experience is a plus
