You’ll work closely with senior consultants and client-facing teams to implement leadership training, facilitate workshops, and contribute to long-term growth initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and delivery of leadership development programs.Facilitate training sessions and support group workshops for client teams.Conduct research on best practices in leadership, organizational culture, and team performance.Collaborate with project teams to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.Monitor leadership KPIs and track participant progress.Support strategic planning sessions and talent development projects.
