Accounts Receivable Analyst

Description We are in search of a meticulous and skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in the Wholesale Distribution industry. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, this role provides a unique contract to hire employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of credit processes and maintaining accurate customer credit records in our accounts department.Responsibilities: Efficiently process customer credit applications and ensure their accuracy Maintain and update customer credit records regularly Monitor customer credit accounts and identify any irregularities or discrepancies Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments, ensuring compliance with company policies Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions to manage and analyze data Conduct regular checks and balances on Great Plains (GPAC) and IBM AS/400 systems Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present financial data Coordinate and execute Accounting Functions and Billing Functions as required Regularly monitor and manage Cash Activity and Check Processing operations Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operation of Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
