Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will provide technical support to internal personnel, troubleshoot IT related problems, and ensure a smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for internal personnel regarding IT issues and queries Receive, log, and manage calls and emails from internal personnel regarding IT-related problems Troubleshoot a range of IT-related issues, from straightforward to more complex technical problems involving various software Assist users with complex features of various software, including Database, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Workfront, and Microsoft Office Suites Escalate unresolved calls to the appropriate infrastructure support team Take ownership of user problems, follow up on the status of problems, and communicate progress in a timely manner Ensure the smooth operation of in-house software and hardware, such as laptops, PCs, and printers.Requirements Applicant must possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a legal help desk analyst role Proficient in various software and applications including Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe software Comprehensive knowledge in Database management is essential Possessing skills in Active Directory, Configuration Management, and Deskside Support will be advantageous Familiarity with Computer Hardware and Desktop Hardware is required Experience with Configuration Management is necessary Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with all levels of the organization Ability to provide appropriate technical support and guidance to users Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly Must possess strong customer service skills and be able to work in a team environment.Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
