Description We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team based in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves managing customer accounts, processing credit applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving billing discrepancies in our telecom provider company. Responsibilities: Record daily Accounts Receivable entries, Cash Receipts, and Deposits Address and resolve customer billing/payment inquiries and discrepancies Regularly review aging Accounts Receivable balance and contact customers for payment Carry out daily and miscellaneous billing as required Monitor daily invoice distribution and track customer Purchase Order requirements Set up and maintain new customer accounts Collaborate with Sales Team, Customers, and Finance Companies/Banks Process Sales Quotes and validate them for invoicing Maintain a calendar of scheduled Sales Orders Prepare and submit Title documents for vehicle purchases and sales Track License Plate Returns Generate periodic reports and audits Provide administrative/clerical support for sales and accounting teams Carry out other responsibilities as needed.Please note that this role requires proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, Cash Collections, Commercial Collections, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar. Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts receivable (AR) management. Demonstrable experience in billing, cash applications, and cash collections. Familiarity with commercial collections processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Experience with Oracle Financial Software for managing financial data. Proficiency in QuickBooks for accounting and financial tasks. Experience with SAP for enterprise resource planning. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
