Accounting Clerk

Description We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our clients team based in Cleveland, Ohio. This role involves a range of accounting duties within our organization, including account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and data entry. Responsibilities Manage and maintain all aspects of accounts payable and receivable. Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies. Handle all aspects of billing, including invoice processing and follow-up. Use Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate records and generate reports. Carry out data entry tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Collaborate with the team to improve accounting processes and procedures. Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards. Provide support to the accounting team as needed. Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.Requirements Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) Proficient in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) Demonstrated experience in Billing procedures Skilled in Data Entry tasks Proficiency in Invoice Processing Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is essential Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Minimum of two years of experience in an accounting role Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Knowledge of standard accounting principles and regulations Proficiency in using accounting software.Qualified?
