Customer Portfolio Marketing Manager - Research Triangle Park, NCWe are looking for a Customer Portfolio Marketing Manager to join our Agricultural Solutions team in Research Triangle Park, NC.Come create chemistry with us!We are seeking a professional like you to lead the Customer Portfolio Strategy for our US Ag Solutions Business. You will be the lynchpin of both planning and key account customer execution activities by leading across: US Ag Solutions Marketing (e.g.,Crop Leads, Product & Asset Managers) Strategic Accounts (Strategic Accounts Director, Strategic Account Managers, Key Account Managers, & other Field-Based employees) Customer Account Leads (e.g., procurement & marketing managers at key accounts) Business Operations (e.g. customer plans & invoice planning) Other Internal Stakeholders (Regional marketing, supply chain, legal, regulatory, manufacturing, etc.)You will lead the national accounts component of the US Ag Solutions go-to-market strategy by planning, communicating, and tailoring crop and asset strategies to key customers. This includes the execution of tailored customer tactics (i.e. private labels, co-promotions, etc).As a Customer Portfolio Marketing Manager - Research Triangle Park, NC, you create chemistry by

Serving as the primary marketing contact for internal and external stakeholders for national accounts and maintaining a consistent drumbeat for the national account marketing strategy and execution

Serving as the “voice-of-customer” back to the marketing team and other commercial stakeholders

Leading strategic marketing and customer experience input in the sales planning process; including the development of key account go-to-market roadmaps

Developing & managing customer brands including 1) leading commercial contracts and negotiations, 2) preparation and analysis of business case development, 3) product management of private label brands

If you

Bachelor’s Degree required in business-related discipline; MBA preferred

10+ years in B2B sales, marketing, and/or customer experience teams in agriculture inputs

Experience in project management

Extensive interpersonal and cross-group/function collaboration skills

Excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly in PowerPoint and Excel)

Able to travel overnight up to 30%
