This position is hybrid and will report on site to our RTP facility a minimum of 2 days per week (subject to change based on company policies)About This Role  The Senior Manager, PS Strategy and Innovation will play a critical role in optimizing and governing our patient services programs, processes, content, and systems to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, impact, and patient satisfaction.  This position will report to the Associate Director, PS Strategy and Innovation, and plays a key role leading and managing projects from concept review to post-implementation oversight, requiring collaboration and coordination across various functional areas to deliver seamless execution. What You’ll Do  Identify opportunities to optimize patient services programs, including patient intake and care coordination Oversee operational design and pull through of Case Management design, metrics, and system optimizationLead and manage projects for prioritized initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop implementation and communication planning Partner with technology and data teams to identify pilot requirements and KPIs Report to leadership on pilot outcomes and impact to ensure impact over activity  Other duties as assignedWho You Are  You love tackling new challenges and identifying new ways to meet patients’ evolving needs.
