Hearing aid dealer is in search of a Patient Care Coordinator in their Raleigh office. Job duties consist of primarily, but not limited to, answering the phone and scheduling appointments. There is light data entry and other secretarial duties, so basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is required. Communication skills, the ability to take direction, and the ability to work in a public atmosphere are also required. Normal business hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
