Communication Specialist

Description Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a Communications Specialist for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC! This position is a freelance contract opportunity. Responsibilities: Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral such as billboards, trade show displays, and digital banners. Employ Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, and Canva for graphic designing tasks and to ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Use CAD software and content management systems to develop, manage, and update content. Spearhead the creation and distribution of e-newsletters, blogs, and other internal communication materials using SharePoint. Handle light editing tasks and ensure that all communications and marketing materials align with our brand identity. Develop and implement advertising campaigns, including the creation of web banners and display advertisements. Oversee and manage all aspects of campaign planning and execution, from conception to delivery. Utilize videography skills, if applicable, to create engaging video content for various platforms. Monitor customer accounts, take appropriate action when necessary, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.Requirements Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe InDesign is necessary. Familiarity with Assertion Markup Language is required. Ability to use CAD Software is essential. Experience with Content Management System (CMS) is needed. Ability to create effective Advertisements is important. Experience in Blogging is required. Understanding of Brand Awareness strategies is essential. Ability to design and create Brochures is necessary. Experience in Campaign Planning is required. Proficiency in using Canva is needed. Skills in Videography are important. Ability to create effective Web Banners is necessary. Experience with SharePoint is required. Understanding of Digital Display and Display Advertising strategies is needed.
