Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search for a Remote Customer Service Operations Specialist job opportunity.Pay is $25.58/HR.

Shift: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pmJob Duties:

Aid Customer Operations Specialists with administrative tasks, including back-end support for order to cash account activities, data entry, and finalizing creation of deliveries and returns.

Act as tier 1 support for customer inquiries related to delivery, order updates, and account status under supervision of senior staff.

Collaborate with team members to resolve basic customer issues, escalating complex cases to senior staff.

Generate and review basic reports to support order to cash processes, identify account challenges, verify data accuracy, and update customer account status.

Assist in the implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Learn and understand the company's products, services, customer service policies, and industry standards.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop a thorough understanding of the company's CRM and order management systems (Crop Edge, SAP).

Contribute to maintaining high customer service standards and improving customer satisfaction.

Provide feedback on customer service processes and suggest improvements based on observations and interactions with customers.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Experience with Sales Force/SAP REQUIRED.
