Perform engineering design evaluations and lead project engineering design, specific to Mechanical and HVAC Engineering
Have thorough knowledge of the applicable Building, Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing Codes
Have the ability to design mechanical systems, energy modeling analysis, energy code compliance calculations
Prepare engineering analysis of projects, including preliminary design, budget analysis, calculations, life cycle costs, and equipment selection
Prepare drawings and layouts; proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD
Prepare technical construction specifications
Coordinate with other disciplines with both in-house and outside consultants
Performs field observations as part of the construction quality assurance process
What You’ll Need:
4-year Mechanical Engineering Degree from an accredited institution.
Professional Engineer (PE) License Preferred
High level of written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills in Revit, AutoCAD
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
