Description The ideal candidates will excel in managing high volumes of content on our enterprise website and ensure that content remains accurate, timely, and relevant. This role requires commitment to the project, minimal time off, and approval for any overtime work. Candidates will collaborate within a cross-functional digital strategy team to enhance our content's accessibility, compliance, and brand alignment.Key Responsibilities:

Author and Update Web Pages: Manage a large volume of web pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and ensure proactive governance and maintenance of content.

Content Consistency: Follow established content and design guidelines to ensure a uniform approach across the website.

Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure web content meets legal, brand, and compliance standards, as well as accessibility requirements.

Digital Content Creation: Develop various content types, including policies, form field labels, error messages, FAQs, and contextual help materials.

Requirements

Skills and Requirements:

Proficiency in AEM: Proven experience authoring and managing content within Adobe Experience Manager.

Jira and SharePoint Expertise: Familiarity with project tracking and collaboration tools like Jira and SharePoint.

Enterprise Content Experience: Prior experience in content authoring for enterprise websites.

Critical Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically and communicate effectively.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a cross-functional digital team and meet measurable objectives.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.

Minimum 2 Years of experience in content management with AEM.

Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry is preferred.
