Leading a team of Area Sales Managers, you will play a critical role in growing our customer base, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving ambitious revenue targets. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering excellence in the food processing industry.As an RSM, you’ll be fully responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing team performance, and collaborating across departments to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and profitability in the region.Here's a sneak peek into some of what you will be doing:Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to maximize business growth and ensure regional profitability.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers to meet individual, team, and organizational sales quotas.Build and strengthen relationships with current customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities.Track and report key sales activities, metrics, and forecasts, conducting regular updates with senior sales management.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address escalations, performance issues, and critical customer requirements.Drive demand generation activities and lead customer engagement initiatives, including tradeshow participation and site visits.Foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints.
