I’m looking for a helper to help finishing up and prepare a renovated/restored building for final city inspection.
On the menu: carpentry, painting, plastering and other custom work.
No day like previous!
Working schedule: Mon, Tus, Wed & Thu (sometimes Friday) 8am-5pm with 1 hr lunch break.
Let me know your daily rate (not hourly).
THIS IS A 1099 job!
Uncompromising requirements: on time, be sober and respectful to others.
If I like your work I will offer you to stay for the second stage of this project that might take us into mid 2024.
