Job Title: Custodial Technician
Location: Black Mountain, NC and Old Fort, NC
About Us: SBFI North American Inc. is a furniture manufacturing company that operates two warehouse facilities, one in the Black Mountain and Old Fort areas.
Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Janitorial Associate. They will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in both office spaces and common areas within our warehouse facilities.
Responsibilities:
Clean office spaces, including desks, floors, and windows.
Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, break rooms, and hallways.
Ensure bathrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Reliable transportation to commute between the two locations.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, likely spending 3 days in Black Mountain and 2 days in Old Fort, depending on need.
