Position Overview:
We're looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as a Groundskeeper. As a key crew member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our grounds are kept in top-notch condition year-round.
Responsibilities:
Mowing, edging, and trimming lawns to maintain a tidy appearance
Planting, watering, and caring for flowers, shrubs, and trees
Experience growing food and/or vegetables
Keeping walkways, parking lots, and outdoor common areas clean and free of debris
Being a friendly and approachable presence for residents and visitors alike
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Attention to detail and pride in your work
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
