If you are ready to help us shape the future of rewards at Rituals, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As Senior Global Reward Manager, you will:Lead global reward projects, ensuring successful implementation with internal and external stakeholders.Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking to maintain competitive global offerings.Drive the global annual salary review process, aligning with business needs and market trends.Collaborate with teams (e.g., Business Technology, Process Excellence) to optimize HR systems (e.g., Workday) for seamless compensation initiatives.Lead job evaluation and grading, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and internal equity.Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to shape Rituals' global reward strategy.Design, calculate, and compare reward scenarios to optimize compensation structures.Deliver data-driven insights to guide executive decisions.Partner with HR, Finance, and other teams for seamless integration of reward solutions.Collaborate with external providers to deliver best-in-class reward solutions.Maintain clear policy documents and guidelines to ensure consistency and transparency.Implement new reward initiatives with clear communication strategies for engagement and adoption.
