Join us in building a secure energy future—where customer confidence is protected by design. What will you do?In this role, you will take the lead in safeguarding our business by managing information, cyber, physical and personnel security, as well as driving resilience initiatives within the team. You will advise management and key stakeholders on how to strengthen our defences and prepare for potential disruptions. Your responsibilities include maintaining and developing our ISO 27001 certified Security Management System to ensure we continue to protect our assets—ranging from technical systems and physical sites to sensitive information and reputation.You will:Oversee incident management and business continuity activities, ensuring that we can respond effectively to emerging threatsSteer compliance with local, national and EU regulations relating to security and resilienceMaintain a clear situational picture of risks and report regularly to leadership teamsCollaborate with security officers, data protection experts, compliance professionals and risk managers across the organisationDrive behavioural change by promoting best practices in security awareness at all levelsYour success will be measured by your ability to keep the organisation resilient in a rapidly changing landscape—by combining strategic insight with hands-on action.
