The Operations Coordinator provides functional operational support across the Office of Online Student Success, specifically relating to student records management, record keeping, and enrollment and advising processes. The position will coordinate operations around all student records processing for online degree programs through the College of Professional Studies at Syracuse University. The position will be responsible for accurate and prompt maintenance and processing of student records, adherence to academic rules, regulations, and processes, and training and coordinating other staff in the office on implementation of relevant procedures.
