Associate Vice President of Academic Operations

As a trusted senior advisor to the Vice Chancellor, Chief Academic Officer, and Provost, the Associate Vice President of Academic Operations (AVPAO) has a crucial leadership role in overseeing budget, operations, and facilities for the Academic Affairs Office and supporting institutional academic priorities. The AVPAO reports to the Provost and is a member of the Provost’s leadership team, Chancellor’s Council, and University Leadership TeamThe AVPAO exercises considerable judgment to problem-solve, project manage, and execute on behalf of the Provost across the academic leadership team and University stakeholders.
