Federal Work Study- Peer Support Program Coordinator

Job Summary: 5 hrs per week for an individual familiar with the Central New York Clinician Peer Support Program. Duties will be responding to calls and emails with requests for a peer support intervention, matching the requester to an appropriate peer supporter, facilitating the peer support interaction by providing contact information, following up to track whether the interaction took place, and if so, encouraging post-contact survey completion. Tracking statistics, adding requests and interactions to database, assisting program director with creation of reports and messaging. Participation in meetings about the program. All work can be done virtually from on or off campus. Minimum Qualifications: Must be a current student enrolled at Upstate Medical University and approved for financial aid through the Student Financial Aid office at Upstate.
