Essential Functions:
Performs operations needed to manufacture components.
Perform basic daily maintenance on work centers.
Commitment to keeping a neat and organized work area.
Develop specifications from simple and complex blueprints, or hand sketch simple parts on paper.
Adherence to all safety requirements including proper use of PPE.
Willingness to work overtime to maintain customer requirements.
Able to fit parts and hold tolerance to within .001-.005”
Takes responsibility and pride in doing work precisely and correctly.
Ability to monitor fixturing and work holding methods.
Responsibilities
Able to set up and run concurrent jobs on multiple machines.
Perform in-process inspections using standard measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height stand, etc.
Shop math skills.
Able to work with metric dimensions.
Self-motivated individual
Blueprint reading skills a must.
Fanuc and Haas Control knowledge a plus
Compensation
Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to the candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position is $21.00-$25.00 per hour.
