Job Grade 8: $19.20 - $25.99Internal Posting Dates: February 16, 2024-February 23, 2024CHMC – Environmental Services Supervisor– Full Time- Day Shift- Primary Shift 5a-3; varying as needed– Requisition 7243The Environmental Services Supervisor directly oversees daily departmental operations and supervises the Environmental Services staff to ensure assigned areas are properly cleaned and maintained in accordance with requisite standards of quality and safety, and provide in service training for all Environmental Services employees. The supervisor is responsible for reviewing all departmental policies and procedures, conducting monthly meetings and in services, developing work schedules, providing feedback for employee evaluations, and monitoring department performance.Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Valid Driver’s License. One (1) year of experience in a managerial position. Proficient communication skills and ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a variety of personalities. Ability to maintain quality assurance and compliance with regulatory agencies. Ability to sustain attention to detail and accuracy as it pertains to the documentation of information.The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
