ROLE SUMMARYCome be part of a transformation team changing the face of Marketing at one of the world's premier biopharmaceutical companies. Pfizer is looking for an agile, proactive and experienced Manager to join the Transformation team within the Chief Marketing Office. Reporting to the VP, Marketing Transformation, the Manager will partner with senior leaders across the CMO organization to translate bold strategic direction into tangible actions and measurable results. The Manager will support the development and execution of the CMO's key operational planning and reporting processes; including significantly contributing to key planning and reporting artifacts (e.g., strategic plans, operating plans and corresponding budgets, communication plans; as well as goals, metrics, budget, and initiative progress tracking). The ideal candidate will have a strong bias-towards-action, professional experience supporting the development and execution of complex multi-year plans, progress tracking, budget management, and reporting in a fast-paced and matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will also be able to balance big-picture thinking and communicating with an exceptional eye for accuracy of details, all while demonstrating an enthusiasm for creating, applying, and implementing planning and reporting frameworks and best-practices.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESIn partnership with CMO Transformation leaders and stakeholders:

Drive a disciplined planning system that includes the creation, maintenance, and presentation of key CMO-wide planning and reporting artifacts that track progress against goals, as well proactively identify courses of action to ensure business targets are met (i.e. OGSMT frameworks, "Plan on a Page," delivery roadmaps, initiative/transformation trackers)

Ensure the Chief Marketing Officer and CMO Leadership Team are aligning and applying their collective time to strategic areas of focus by contributing to the production of essential planning materials and processes (i.e. Briefing Books, Quarterly Business Reviews, LT Offsites)

Support key Pfizer-wide business planning processes, (including op planning, financial planning, semesterly goal-setting)

Partner with Communications and PX to plan, manage, and facilitate the CMO calendars and relevant content for cascading and distribution

Assist in the development, management, and reconciliation of the CMO budget and resource allocations

Prepare exceptional presentation materials when requested for Transformation Office, CMO LT and Pfizer ELT

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree, with a preference for advanced degree

At minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, operations, and/or management consulting

Microsoft Suite proficiency, with excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.

Experience in connecting business strategy to operations, by developing and applying best-practice and fit-for-purpose business planning and operations frameworks

Comfort with generating meaningful insights from complex datasets, both qualitative and quantitative

Experienced collaborator, with ability to skillfully coordinate across cross-functional and matrixed teams

Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure, take accountability, organize, prioritize, and complete tasks and projects within expedited timelines

Comfort operating effectively in ambiguity while seeking and helping establish clarity

Experience managing, tracking, and proactively reporting on a complex budget

Experience with communications planning with external and internal stakeholders

Experience working with various senior level stakeholders

Exceptional writing, presentation, communications, and influencing skills

Familiarity with life sciences / pharmaceutical a plus
