If so, AB Services is looking for an experienced leader with a provenrecord of delivering results, to own and execute high visibility, strategic and revenuegenerating initiatives.This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management, and executive presentation skills are essential. Attention to detail is paramount as you will be balancing multiple priorities and coordinating across multiple levels of leadership.Key job responsibilities Strong cross-team internal coordination End-to End project management, managing multiple stakeholders to ensure all Road to Launch tasks are completed as per program Drafting and presenting scope and strategy documents to allow leadership to make informed decisions on key issues and opportunities Ensuring overall readiness through thorough composite design reviews, module counts and effective communication on in-flight changes Ensuring launch have the training resource needed to launch effectively by defining critical role requirements, supporting sourcing of core away teams and coordinating with Operations to drive training Conduct Operational Readiness Testing to ensure launch site has been deployed as per design and specification Post launch on site operational support Partner with Operations, Product, and Business teams to field escalations and develop SOPs for issue resolutionKey job responsibilities Collaborate with Leadership and Onboarding stakeholders across the organization to contribute to and implement a scalable unified Onboarding strategy. Work with team members across business units to understand Onboarding priorities and requirements, and execute against them. Identify program metrics and report on insights to articulate Onboarding impact, and identify opportunities for iteration and improvement. Leverage strong writing skills to communicate to leadership and stakeholders through regular touchpoints (monthly business reviews, document reviews, etc.) Deliver Results through program ownership with a high performing and matrixed team that may include learning designers, other program managers, and sales operations. Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, partners and leadership.About the teamYou will be part of a team that is responsible for all aspects of the customer launch for AB Services - working with new technologies that improve usability and increase performance and scalability. You will help redefine normal for this segment of the market, and bring structure to an ambiguous space. You will help translate business requirements to technical deliverables, and deliver operationally stable solutions that provides an optimal customer experience.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Austin, TX, USA | Boston, MA, USA | New York City, NY, USA | Seattle, WA, USABasic Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Experience defining and executing program requirements

The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
