Mobile Device Specialist
6-week engagement - possibility of extension

Pay: $20/hr
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for connecting phones to a provisioning device and then applying a case and screen protector
-Responsible for installation, configuration and management of all deployable mobile device
-Providing support to end users on iPad mobile devices
-Support all aspects of mobile device lifecycle from procurement to deployment, break fix repair, and support to refresh and decommission devices
-Maintain accurate inventory of all mobile devices and coordinate replacement, repairs and recovery of devices with vendors
-Work with vendors and technical staff to configure & maintain the desired profiles for different applications in mobile device management
-Identify and provide recommendations for improvements and best practices for mobile devices
Skillset:
-Previous mobile device integration work (ideally coming off a recent project)
-Standard technology background
-2+ years' experience with Excel
-Close attention to detail and strong organization skills
-Ability to come onsite
-Excellent communication and professionalism
Configuration workflow:
-Unbox iPhone
-Plug into machine to be provisioned
-Once the device is plugged in start unboxing the next phone
-Put on case put on screen saver
