We are growing rapidly and looking for a Technical Support Specialist that will support installation and troubleshooting of payments terminals to support our customers, merchants and ISOs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support the company’s multiple point of sale (POS) hardware and software solutions.
- Organize and maintain a broad inventory of equipment.
- Apply strong knowledge of payments concepts, hardware components and software applications.
- Communicate with merchant, employees, and vendors professionally and courteously with a customer-centric approach.
- Work directly with executive leadership as well as senior leadership of major lending institutions and other corporations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely, including errors with payment system hardware and software, network connectivity.
- Operate with a sense of urgency to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years of customer facing technical support experience required
- Prior experience with CRM and ticketing systems
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting experience
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
This position offers a salary within the range of USD $25.00 - 26.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
