Position Overview:

SBLM Architects is looking for an office professional with a college degree possessing strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The candidate will work with our Architectural team to ensure smooth coordination of documents related to buildings in construction. This is a recordkeeping job where procedure and accuracy are essential for up-to-the-minute reporting on the status of communications, RFIs and submittals. You will facilitate communications between our team of consultants, the construction manager, and the contractor.

This is a TEMPORARY POSITION recordkeeping job where procedure and accuracy are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the architectural team to ensure seamless coordination of documentation for active construction projects.

Maintain accurate and timely updates on project communications, including RFIs, submittals, and other key deliverables.

Serve as the primary liaison between the client and consulting team, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Qualifications:

1–5+ years of experience in a project administration or related support role.

Familiarity with construction processes is an asset but not required.

Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and follow through independently.

Proficient written communication skills.

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
