Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant in NYC. The hours are 9am-5:30pm with ability to look at emails after hours. They are on a hybrid schedule of three days in their Midtown office and two days remote. This is a unique opportunity to join a company that is dedicated to the well-being of its employees and ensures that its culture is both rewarding and fulfilling.Responsibilities:Proactive manage Outlook calendars and coordinate all meeting logisticsSchedule domestic and international travel across multiple time zonesSubmit and manage all expense report reimbursements using ConcurArrange meetings including breakfasts and lunches, and ensure appropriate materials are gatheredMaintain client information and updates through SalesforcePerform special duties and ad-hoc projects as necessaryQualifications:10-15+ years of administrative experience; experience in financial services requiredExperience in the Microsoft Office Suite, CRM (ideally Salesforce) and ConcurAble to manage upCompensation/Benefits:Up to $120K+ base plus bonus and paid overtime100% covered for employee and dependents for healthcare401k with contribution and additional retirement benefitsFertility and adoption benefitsGym reimbursementCharitable contribution matchGenerous PTOBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
