Payment Analyst/ Office Assistant- Temporary (English- Spanish)
Part time/ Seasonal Bilingual Office position for a Food Distribution Warehouse Company
Starting Date: Immediate
Compensation $18 - $21 per hour (Based on Experience)
Job Description:
We need a responsible, energetic and pro-active office assistant for our Bushwick, Brooklyn office location.
Schedule- Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 3 pm
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Process and modify invoices/payments
Close out invoices in-house system accordingly
Analysis daily payments received
Daily reports to management
Client billing/contact (English and Spanish)
Ability to monitor and follow up with invoices
Copying, scanning, filing and other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English- Spanish) to communicate effectively with customers
Ability to resolve issues efficiently and able to pivot with changing priorities
Strong computer skills/ tech-savvy
Excellent written and verbal communication in both languages
Strong attention to detail/organization, dependable and punctual
Ability to meet deadline and achieve goals
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Ability to work independently and part of a team
College coursework preferred
