Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet and greet patients in call center
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Confirm patient appointments and verify insurance
Ensure doctor accessibility to all patient charts and medical records
Process paperwork and collect co-pays
Follow all HIPAA and other government and-or state agency requirements
Perform other related job duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalency
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of medical terminology
