Responsibilities:
Manage and prepare outgoing and incoming mailings
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
Support basic real estate tasks such as listing documentation, property file organization, and appointment scheduling
Communicate with clients and partners via phone and email
Assist in maintaining an efficient and welcoming office environment
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge or interest in real estate is a plus
