Our firm is currently seeking to hire a FULL-TIME office assistant, secretary to start immediately for general office duties, including but not limited to:
Works well under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks
Manage day to day operation of the office
Answering phones, emails and receiving mail & packages
Have a great ability to communicate well with others through e-mails & phones.
Able to work in a fast paste environment.
Office coordination, strong organizational skills, filing and assisting project managers & engineers.
Have strong Microsoft Office & Outlook knowledge.
Construction administrative, Department of Buildings, DEP, ECB, HPD violations knowledge are a plus
Are you highly organized, experienced, and ready to join a fast-paced, high-performing team.
Location: Queens, NY
Pay: $42,000 – $52,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM
Must have reliable transportation
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of administrative experience (construction/trades preferred)
Duties include:
Handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling appointments
Coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors
Managing job files, permits, invoices, and change orders
Tracking project progress and assisting with material orders
Supporting field staff and project managers with day-to-day admin tasks
