Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and bilingual (Chinese-speaking) Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our Chinese-speaking clients, providing assistance and support with their immigration inquiries. In addition to handling client communications, you will assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from Chinese-speaking clients in a professional and courteous manner.

Serve as a liaison between clients and our immigration consultants, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.

Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for immigration consultations and meetings.

Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and data entry with accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to support the overall operation of the office and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Chinese

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
